Jen Seitz is a writer, MBA, entrepreneur, andRegistered Yoga Teacher who teaches yoga in South Florida. Jen founded a startup designed to bring yoga to the yogi at work, at special events, and at home called Pop Up Yoga Class. She also runs her own content agency, The Content Workshop.
