With over 20 years of experience in human capital leadership, Michelle has expertise across all HR disciplines. As the HR consulting lead for HUB’s Midwest region, Michelle orchestrates a team that is focused on all points along the employee life cycle. Michelle works with clients on strategy and planning, talent and performance management, and drives all compliance efforts including audits, investigations and training.
