Juli’s career covers healthcare, human resources and business operations working with companies like Zenefits and Equilar. In her role as an HR and benefits advisor, Juli was struck by the fact that fertility benefits weren’t covered well, if at all, by most employers even though employees asked for them. She was inspired to co-found Carrot to help employers meet the needs of the modern workforce by establishing an inclusive fertility benefits program for all employees regardless of age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or geography.
With so many companies focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, it’s critical to consider how your fertility benefit can support employees of all gender identities, LGBTQ+ employees, and single intending parents.
